  • For remote or restricted delivery areas, delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days 

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Metro Cities (India) 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities 5–7 business days
International Orders 10–15 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected during festive seasons, natural calamities, or logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders  (India only).

  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and package size.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use the provided link to track the status of your shipment at any time.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address, non-availability, or other customer-related reasons, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order ID at Ouroyanesta@gmail.com

  • We will investigate and offer replacements or refunds as applicable.
